How Does A Project Work?

An Excel development project with Tiger starts with a consultation: What are the main issues? What are you looking to achieve? Is Excel the best platform to use? (Yes, if it is not, we will tell you.)

Once the scope and brief are clear, we develop the file step-by-step. We call this process 'iterative' - it involves a lot of back and forth. We do some development, then send the file to you for testing and feedback, along with a walkthrough video so you can really understand what is going on. You are kept up-to-date every step of the way.

As we work towards the final implementation, we provide training materials and engage with your staff to ensure the file is used and that it creates value in your organisation. We do not sell ongoing maintenance contracts; rather, we design the file to work on your systems and make sure you test it. We are on the end of the phone should you encounter any problems.
